Smile
and The World Smiles to You
Is smiling to others really difficult to do? I ever find on my Instagram that's my friend post on his Instagram with a quote, " Have you smile today? ". I always remember it because it can make me smile every day. No, I'm not kidding, have you experienced that before?
But then, I knew this was not the way our beloved prophet wanted us to behave, you agree? I remember that story when our prophet Saw. would enter to the house with a pleasing disposition and smile to Aisyah r.a. Subhanallah!. How sweet was that? Could you now imagine how happy lady Aisyah felt every single time when she saw prophet Saw walking through that door entering the house?
Imagine! Having our father, mother, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, relatives and guest smiling so sweetly with their twinkling smiles upon entering our homes every time. And imagine having our teachers, students, classmates giving their sparkling white ultra-bright smiles upon sing us! Is that a great feeling isn't it? Don't you just love how harmonious a peaceful glad and relieved that would make us feel? Yups! Totally!. Now try visualizing how it feels like if a grumpy angry and smile-less person entered our homes! Anxious? Uncomfortable? Nervous? We would quickly run from this person lock ourselves in our room and would rather talk to the wall than to them, right?
Anthony J. D. Angles has said, " Smile It is the key that fits the lock of every body's heart.".
Let me tell you a story, once there was a mother who had a cranky daughter. The daughter love to complain about almost everything around her, so one day her mother decided to crumple her bed sheet and left it that way. When the girl came back from school, she was very upset to see her untidy bed. So, she went to her mom and asked, " Who had made my bed like that? ". And then, her mother answered, " I did! And now go and straighten back the bad sheet! ". So, the daughter did. Every day the mother did the same thing so the girl got very curious. She asked to her mom, " why you messed up my bed? ". And the mother answered, " My daughter, why do you hate the crumpled bed? ". And then the daughter said, " It's messy mom! And it makes my room look untidy.". And then the mother said, " Well, the messy bed sheet is exactly how you look like all the time, when you frown and complain, your beautiful face changes to look like your messed up bed. It lost all its beauty! But if you decide to stop frowning and complaining and start smiling again your face would be as beautiful as your neat bedroom and your straightened bed sheet again.".

I asked my self-do I have a crumpled bed sheet on my face? Would people like to see my crumpled bed sheet or a nice straightened sheet on my face? Has my face lost its beauty, because I decided to mess up my bed sheet by stopping smiling? How ugly did all my crumpled bed sheet look like?
What about you my friend? Are you thinking of how your bad sheet were all this while? Was it always straightened or crumpled? Do you know something?
I promise my self that from this story I'm going to make sure that my sheet always straightened and neat. Even if someone decides to sit on it and crumpled it bad, even if someone throws the rubbish on my bed sheet, even if someone decides to harshly pull the sheet off the bed, and even if someone decides to jump up and down on my bed, messing up my sheet.
George Elliot once shared a beauty tip. He said, "Wear a smile and have friends, wear a scowl and have wrinkles.".
